Dave’s rich, powerful vocals and heartfelt stories have been winning over audiences in both Canada and the U.S. for years. Over his solo and quartet career, Dave has received 7 Covenant Award nominations from the Canadian Gospel Music Association for his song writing and performing. His song, I’m Gonna’ Get My Feet Wet recorded with the Torchmen Quartet, won Southern Gospel Song of the Year in 2010.

Along with his solo ministry, Dave sang lead with the Torchmen Quartet for seven years. He was involved with six of their albums, two of which received Southern Gospel Album of the Year from the Canadian Gospel Music Association.

Dave toured for four years with 4 One Quartet, a southern gospel quartet based in the U.S, singing baritone. During Dave’s tenure, 4 One was recognized by the Singing News as one of the top ten new traditional quartets.

Dave has had the honor of singing the national anthems for the Toronto Blue Jays and Detroit Tigers. In 2005 he sang the Canadian National Anthem at Major League Baseball’s All Star Game.

Dave has spent the past few years touring as a soloist and continuing to work on his songwriting. He has just released an album entitled “See You in a While” that features ten of his own songs and one that his daughter, Chelsea, wrote as a teenager.
